CPDP is a project of the Invisible Institute. We are an independent non-profit organization headquartered. All information is collected from government institutions (Chicago Police Department, City of Chicago, Civilian Office of Police Accountability) on behalf of the public through Freedom Of Information Act (FOIA) requests and litigation. Our data processing code is available publicly on GitHub.
